Vaccination Guidelines 2010 [pdf]
If you are a current owner of a dog or cat or plan on having one soon, then you should read this.
For accessibility purposes, here is their one sentence synopsis:
"We should aim to vaccinate every animal with core vaccines, and to vaccinate each individual less frequently by only giving non-core vaccines that are necessary for that animal."
It should be stated for clarity sake that core vaccinations are considered essential and non-core are vaccinations that are either not substantiated by scientific research or are essential only in certain geographical locations.
There are a surprising number of vaccinations that are not clinically proven but somehow make it to the market.
Below are maps of various diseases worldwide. Pet ResQ 911 is unaware as to why such maps have been left out of this literature.
Being that we are a 501(c)(3) non profit public charity, we are unable to delve in to any hypothesis which may lead itself to politics. However, the plain-truth is that politics are clearly at play for certain vaccinations. This document hints at such phenomenon in the notes column of the vaccination schedule tables.
There are a surprisingly few numbers of maps of dog or cat diseases. We will be rendering such maps as we collect/verify data on such dieases.
